Clock Station PINs

How people get a PIN, how they change it, and what to do when one is forgotten.

  • Employees

Everyone clocks in with their employee number and a PIN. The PIN length (4 to 6 digits) is set in Settings › Workspace.

  • Managers set or clear a PIN on the person's profile in People.
  • Employees change their own PIN in Me › Profile. They need their account password to do it.
  • Too many wrong tries pauses that number for a short while.

Forgotten PIN? A manager can set a new one from the person's profile straight away.
