Time clocks

We come to you, install the clocks and train your team.

Fingerprint, face and card clocks for the doors your people come through. We choose hardware we've tested, set it up on site and connect it to your workspace.

Hardware

The clocks we install.

We only install clocks we've tested end to end with Ovrilo. This list grows as testing finishes.

Testing now

Fingerprint clocks

The usual choice for one entrance. Nobody can clock in for a friend, and there's no card to lose.

Testing now

Face recognition clocks

Touch-free and quick at busy shift changes. Good for kitchens, plants and anywhere hands are full or gloved.

Testing now

Card and fob clocks

A tap of a staff card or key fob. Simple for large teams and visitors, and often paired with a PIN.

The setup visit

From first call to first punch.

  1. 01

    We look at your site

Where people come in, how many clock in at once, and where the clock and a computer can go.

  2. 02

    We install and connect

We mount the clocks, put the Ovrilo connector on a computer at your site and pair it with your workspace.

  3. 03

    We enrol your staff

Fingerprints, faces or cards for everyone, matched to their people in Ovrilo.

  4. 04

    We train your team

Admins and team leads learn the Clock Log, flags and sign-offs, and staff learn to clock in.

In your workspace

Every clock, at a glance.

Clocks and devices shows each clock at each location, its last punch, and whether its connector is online.

  • On-site setup, enrolment and staff training
  • Owners and admins told if a site's connector goes offline
  • Or skip hardware: any tablet becomes a Clock Station

The connector

A small program that keeps your clocks talking.

  • Runs on a Windows computer at your site and talks to your clocks on your own network
  • Sends punches to your workspace over an encrypted connection
  • Keeps punches safe on site if the internet drops, and sends them when it's back
  • Owners and admins are told if the connector at a site stops reporting
Questions

Common questions about clocks.

Can we use a clock we already have?
Tell us the make and model. If it's one we've tested, we'll connect it; if not, we'll say so honestly and suggest one that works.
Do we need a clock at all?
No. Any tablet can be a Clock Station, and with Clock in from anywhere staff can use their phones. Clocks suit busy entrances and sites where buddy punching is a worry.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Time clocks keep working: the connector holds their punches on site and sends them when the connection is back. Clock Stations and phones need a connection to clock in.
How are clocks billed?
Essentials includes 1 connected clock, Professional 2 and Complete 4. Each one beyond that is a monthly charge, and the clock itself and the setup visit are in your quote.
